About the Job
Create export commercial opportunities and meet export revenue targets.
Contacting and negotiating with shipping companies to get the best rates.
Prepare invoice and determine payment and shipping terms.
Generate all required export documentation.
Follow-up on all export steps according to clients' requirements.
Cooperate with other departments to deliver shipping documents to client on time.
Liaise with Accounting and Logistics to ensure the export cycle is completed according to the contract.
Solve any problem and have good relation with all agents over world.
Communicate with customers on daily basis to identify their requests.
Providing services to the organizational outlets in foreign countries.
Manages the export duties of the organization and sees to it that the commodities meet the standards of all the destination countries.
Responsible for carrying out all the legal requirements as per the excise and government rules.
Receive customers’ orders, to create orders in the system based on the quote and to confirm each order to the customer.
Receipt and analysis of any demand orders from international customers by email.
Follow up of production with the factories and confirmation to clients.
