The right candidate should meet the following criteria to be able to go through our recruitment process:
• Holding a high graduate certificate
• Previous experience (not less than 3 months) in a well know customer service company/organization
• Very good communication, complaint handling skills & customer focus skills
• Perfect pronunciation (full letters & no slang words)
• Good English (writing & understanding) skills
• MS office experience specially word, excel & outlook
• Can work under pressure
• Flexible: No personal commitments that contradicts with the industry’s working nature (for example: rotational shifts/vacations, working during official holidays)
