About the Job
- Able to communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
- Able to organize personnel, and assist with training as required, whilst also organizing budgets and courier expenses.
- Must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
- Assist clients with product selection and pricing to improve transportation routes.
- Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Job Requirements
- Very good leading personality to ensure professionalism.
- Very good English level.
- Excellent with MS office.
- Able to learn & adhere to deadlines.
