About the Job
Responsible of local purchases.
Establish, maintains
& develop required vendors’ relations.
Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
Maintain purchase orders records.
Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
Monitor & coordinate international logistic process to ensure proper shipments delivery.
Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
Negotiate pricing, maximize profit margin, and minimize fees.
Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
Support the organization through activities focused on sourcing and cost reduction.
Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
Job Requirements
University degree preferable to be commerce graduate
Have a high sense of commitment and responsibility.
Capable of working under pressure
Respects deadlines and manages time ultimately.
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
