About the Job

Able to communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
Able to organize personnel, and assist with training as required, whilst also organizing budgets and courier expenses.
Must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
Assist clients with product selection and pricing to improve transportation routes.
Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

Job Requirements

Very good leading personality to ensure professionalism.
Very good English level.
Excellent with MS office.
Able to learn & adhere to deadlines.
