About the Job

Responsible of local / foreign purchases.
Establish, maintains & develop required vendors’ relations.
Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
Maintain purchase orders records.
Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
Monitor & coordinate international logistic process to ensure proper shipments delivery.
Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
Negotiate pricing, maximize profit margin, and minimize fees.
Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
Support the organization through activities focused on sourcing and cost reduction.
Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Requirements

Suitable University graduate. (Preferred Commerce & Trade related).
2+ years of experience in similar position (Preferred in IT field).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Presentable, punctual & reliable.
Excellent written and oral communications skills in order to troubleshoot purchasing issues
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
In depth experience using MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel & internet surfing.
Fluent in English language (written & spoken).
Residence of Heliopolis, Nasr City or surrounding areas.
