About the Job
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales and promote logistics services within an assigned territory
- Interface with the customers to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements
- Contact customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationships
- Advise customers of products and services offered and obtains feedback on service products
- Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value added service
- Expedite the resolution of customer concerns
- Prepare and conducts service presentations to the customer Contributes to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs
- Promote world-class customer care throughout the terminal
- Meet and exceeds predetermined sales goals and objectives and reports on progress weekly
- Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and task
Job Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience, preferably in Logistics and Freight forwarding industry
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have proven leadership and team building experience
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be organized and a good communicator
- Must have a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
- Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling high-stress environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Logistics field
